SHAKE IT OFF - STEP UP

Image
A donkey once fell into a deep pit. Each time he tried to climb out, the muddy walls slipped under his hooves, and he slid right back down. Seeing no way out, the donkey changed his strategy. Every time mud fell on him, he shook it off. Instead of letting it bury him, he stepped on it. Shake it off. Step up. Shake it off. Step up. Slowly, the pit began to fill. Higher and higher he rose--one stubborn shake at a time-until he finally climbed out and trotted away, muddy but triumphant. The lesson: When life throws dirt on you, don't sink--shake it off and use it to rise.

Rain or shine

I find my joy in all that came, and honor what I could not claim. For all I hold will shift and change, yet peace is there within that range. The things I have are temporary— a weight I never need to carry. Like my thoughts, what I hold drifts away, but my true self remains, and stays. When I thank for the countless blessings, Why do I need to count that are missing? Why chase the mist of what is not, only to miss the treasure I have got? So every day, every sunrise, I count the quiet pulse of my life: that I am breathing—air is free, and those I love breathe on with me. And in this gentle, quiet knowing, I feel my spirit rich and glowing. I rise in happy, golden light, And rest in joy through every night.

Click here for a musical song I know —  If I do what I did, I will get what I got. I relax — breathe easy, be grateful — for what I got. I reflect — seeing what I got from how I moved. to get what I got. I review — what I truly need, how else to move and right pace. I renew — a gentle step, my next way forward I remember   to relax and  breathe easy be grateful — for what I got.

I Am — The Song of Leela

I Am — The Song of Leela Verse 1 — The Dream Though formless, timeless, still, and deep, In boundless void, a dream to keep, I spun the world and gave it a face — A play of time and space. Refrain 1 — The Descent I am, I am — beyond all name, Before the world, before the flame. Through Māyā’s veil, I chose to be, To lose myself and set me free. Verse 2 — The Veil I called it mine and lived confined, My own world, my own blind mind. But when the veil began to fall, I saw — it is me within it all. Verse 3 — The Awakening As I awoke, the dream dissolved, The riddle solved, the self resolved. No line divides, no two remain, Only the One, untouched by pain. Verse 4 — The Witness I am neither body nor the mind, I am the stillness that I find. The silent watcher, open sky, Where all things live and all things die. Final Refrain — The Eternal I I am, I am — the silent sea, The world, the song, the One — the me. Before all beginning, beyond all end, I am the Self that will not...

I Will Get What I Got

A song sung with Music - created at Suno.com   I will get what I got — not less, not more. What stays is not the lot. The mirror shows the face, not the feeling. The face fades. The feeling lasts. I carry what I feel — and not what has passed. I get what I got.
