My friend told me that day: Life need not be always shiny As sometimes it can get thorny Life need not always glitter As sometimes it can be bitter It is as sweet as pie Oh no, sometime it makes me cry Some pleasure; Some pain Some crazy; Some sane Not always what it seems For it’s made of some crazy dreams But I told him To me, life is a music; life process is the rhyme with ups and down chords. A fierce storm hit a field. A tall tree fought the wind and snapped one by one. But the grass simply bent with each gust and stood back up whenever the wind paused. When the storm ended, the trees were broken, but the grass was still standing. When life throws at you, don’t stand firm. Be flexible and bend—not to end. Or:  “One day the end is certain. So why bend just to extend life? Stand on your legs majestically—even if you stand for only a day.” Everyone can make their best choice available to them. To bend or end.

Eat less—    let hunger fade softly,   flavors kindle the soul,   the body remembers   the rhythm of enough. Think less—    loosen the knots in the mind,   let the chatter fall quiet,   until one steady thought   brightens the uncluttered room. Speak less—   let words rise only   when they shine with truth,   let silence widen the space   where understanding grows. Act less —   move with ease and intention,   each gesture aligned and sure;   with each small, right step   reshape the world gently. Live with less—   Count not what you hold.   Be with what you need.   And live in peace and joy . .
