Eat less—  
let hunger fade softly,  
flavors kindle the soul,  
the body remembers  
the rhythm of enough.

Think less—  
loosen the knots in the mind,  
let the chatter fall quiet,  
until one steady thought  
brightens the uncluttered room.

Speak less—  
let words rise only  
when they shine with truth,  
let silence widen the space  
where understanding grows.

Act less—  
move with ease and intention,  
each gesture aligned and sure;  
with each small, right step  
reshape the world gently.

Live with less—  
Count not what you hold.  
Be with what you need.  
And live in peace and joy..
