Bending is not ending
A fierce storm hit a field.
A tall tree fought the wind and snapped one by one. But the grass simply bent with each gust and stood back up whenever the wind paused.
When the storm ended, the trees were broken, but the grass was still standing.
When life throws at you, don’t stand firm. Be flexible and bend—not to end.
Or:
“One day the end is certain. So why bend just to extend life? Stand on your legs majestically—even if you stand for only a day.”
Everyone can make their best choice available to them. To bend or end.
